- Laurie Adelhardt is a seasoned strategist and project leader with over 25 years of experience driving innovative solutions in research, marketing, and event planning for government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and private industry. Experienced in not only supporting but also running a certified minority-owned business, Laurie has built a reputation for delivering efficiency, creativity, and results across a wide range of client needs.

Her experience includes a full spectrum of services, including feasibility studies, strategic planning, marketing and media development, focus group facilitation, and event planning and production—serving local, regional, and national initiatives.
- Laurie has held senior leadership roles within the public sector. As Executive Director of the Maryland Agriculture Commission, she served as a liaison between government and agricultural stakeholders, created and implemented signature programs such as the Governor’s Agriculture Hall of Fame and the Century Farm Program, and coordinated statewide agricultural industry tours and international exchange initiatives. In this capacity, she led strategic communications, developed budgets, represented the Secretary of Agriculture on state boards and task forces, and played a key role in shaping Maryland’s agricultural policy.
