Shannon is a dedicated Marketing Coordinator at Qua Marketing, recognized for her ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and creatively solve challenges with precision. Shannon has played an integral role in several key projects, particularly with DelDOT, where she collaborated closely with in developing surveys, creating tracking reports, and designing registration platforms for events. She has also contributed to the creation of social media posts and supported marketing campaigns to enhance outreach and engagement for various initiatives. Her expertise in event management tools like Canva, CVENT, Survey Monkey, and Eventbrite has been essential in streamlining processes and ensuring smooth execution of events.
In addition to her technical skills in MS Office, Google Workspace, and G-Suite, Shannon brings a strong background in productivity improvement, troubleshooting, and team collaboration. Her work with DelDOT, Delaware Department of Labor, State Independent Living Council (SILC), and Delaware Developmental Disabilities Council (DDC) has been pivotal in the success of several outreach programs, where she contributed to both strategic planning and execution.
